What is the premise of your show?
Exploring the career paths that they don’t teach you in school. Adaptive and entrepreneurial.

What type of person would love listening to your show?
Any young person trying to figure out what they want to do for a career. 

What compelled you to start podcasting?
I was only 23 years old and wanted to talk to people who wouldn’t give me the time of day.

well-reasoned perspective on politics and significant news

Tyler Cowen is one of the smartest people I’ve come across and has fantastic guests.

Could you share a single podcast episode that you love that isn’t your own and explain why?
The Knowledge Project by Shane Parrish Episode 17: Rory Sutherland on The Psychology of Advertising, Complex Evolved Systems, Reading, Decision Making. 

Amazing insight from a master of advertising. Interesting opinions and perspective from a voice you don’t often hear from.  

What is your favourite personal podcast episode to date?

What’s one notable insight you uncovered doing your podcast?
Your network is so valuable. It will open doors and help you level up. 

I also like the quote from my interview with Photographer Edmund Fraser. He said something along the lines of … ‘As a white English man, you have very little to ad culturally.’ I think he’s probably right.

What book or learning resource would you recommend to people?
Antifragile by Nassim Taleb

What’s one lesson you’ve learnt along the way that has made your podcast better?Do your research and be an active listener. Don’t be a robotic interviewer. 

What equipment would you recommend people use to get started in podcasting?ATR 2100, Audiobox i2, a good backpack  

What tools or tips do you have to make the process of podcasting easier?
Get on a consistent schedule and never break the habit.

Can you share what techniques use to grow the listenership of your show?I go on other shows, build an email list, use FB ads.
